 To ensure accurate and court-defensible service, we require either the original documents or a clear PDF scan of the complete documents. 

, screenshots, or other image files in place of properly scanned PDFs. In addition, poorly made copies that are incomplete, illegible, distorted, or otherwise unsuitable for service may also be rejected.

This is not a policy we enjoy enforcing, but it is one we believe is necessary to protect both our reputation and your case. We have had courts reject service because documents were served from photographs rather than proper copies. If service is later challenged or rejected due to document quality, it can result in unnecessary delays, additional expense, and the need to repeat the service. By requiring original documents or high-quality PDF scans from the outset, we help ensure the person served receives a complete, legible copy and reduce the risk of problems later in the legal process.
